MBII is just a modification of JA, you must have a Jedi Academy in order to run Movie Battles. Once you find them go to the address bar at the top of the folder window and click on it should look something like this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jedi Academy\GameData" Copy and paste what YOU have in your address bar into the Install directory in the MD2 installer and click next follow the rest of the Installer and it should install properly.
